At 19, Lisa became one of Footaction's youngest general store managers—managing full P&L operations across top-volume and flagship stores throughout New York. Over 20 years in operations and 7 years at technology's largest retailer, she built deep expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure, and making organizations run.
Thirteen years in advocacy—organizing campaigns, building coalitions, supporting community programs—shaped how she sees organizations today. When a crisis hit an organization she was consulting for—systems compromised, leadership locked out, operations at a standstill—she led the recovery.
